YooVo – Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

YooVo offers relocation advisory services to individuals and families moving to the UAE, including but not limited to:

  • A 30-minute consultation (“Essentials Call”)

  • A 45-minute consultation and personalized relocation report (“Relocation Blueprint”)

  • Tailored support packages based on client needs (“YooVo Concierge”)

Services are delivered via online calls, email communications, and digital documents unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information during consultations.

  • Ensure that all decisions made based on YooVo’s advice are your own and undertaken with full responsibility.

  • Use YooVo’s advice and documents for personal relocation purposes only.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

  • All consultations and services must be paid in full prior to delivery.

  • Payments are non-refundable once the consultation has occurred or the report has been delivered.

  • YooVo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances with notice.

Concierge services will be subject to a signed agreement with a custom scope of work and payment schedule.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided by YooVo, including relocation reports, guides, written summaries, templates, and the YooVo website, is owned by YooVo and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

YooVo provides advice based on available information, local laws, and practical knowledge. However:

  • We do not provide legal, financial, or immigration representation.

  • While we aim for accuracy, YooVo is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or recommendations.

  • You acknowledge that the ultimate responsibility for decisions lies with you.

6. Rescheduling & No-Shows

  • Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Clients who miss a scheduled session without notice will forfeit the session fee.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

7. Confidentiality

All personal and relocation-related information shared by you is treated confidentially and used only to deliver YooVo’s services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

YooVo reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of major updates. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
